African Testimonies About the SCEMI Program

It is one thing to be born again and start a new life, but growing into maturity is another. We often think that after coming to Christ all has been done, and we just continue walking along and existing. And yet God has not only called us into a life of freedom and liberty but also a life of total surrender.

The essence of Siloam Christian Education Ministries International (SCEMI) is to provide a propelling force to pursue our God-given destiny through reading, memorizing, meditation and studying the Word of God.

Since joining SCEMI I am more deeply committed to regularly reading the Bible and to prayer, and this has strongly boosted my ministerial call and to embark on missions and outreach in Uganda, including working with young people. I am passing along what I have learned.

I have set up a Revival Fellowship to impact more other young people into knowing and growing in Christ. Our Goal and vision in this fellowship is to see revival in our generation. We want to be different and hence cause a difference.

I intend to continue using the resources, materials, partnerships and help I’ve received from SCEMI. I thank God for the vision of SCEMI and for all partners of this Ministry. Please continue with the support for we cannot ascertain the impact.

How the Bible study through SCEMI is organized gave me an opportunity to reflect and meditate regularly on the Word of God. I feel a spiritual transformation that I had not before. Having Jesus in the first place in my heart, gives me a positive influence
on the way I talk or meet people. Jesus loves me and asks me to show his love through my daily actions.

I thank the Lord who has enabled me to receive this teaching. May the Lord richly bless Pastor Bonaventure Ntawutarama and for those who support him, for this Spirit of love for others that drives them to spread the Word of God in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth! (Acts 1:8)

Siloam Bible School has been a blessing to me. The teachings from SCEMI have been a pillar to me and have greatly transformed me. I can testify that they have impacted my life positively. I am now a different person compared to who I was before SCEMI.

John 8:32 says that you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. These teachings have given me a great revelation of the Word of God. Reading, studying, and meditating upon the questions in the book have trained me to spend time with God and not hurry to get away from his presence. This gave me the wisdom and knowledge of the Word of God which I did not have before. This has enabled me to clearly understand the voice of God and how He speaks.

Many thanks to the people who stand with Pastor Bonaventure to make sure these teachings reach the people of Rwanda. God bless you so much for this great work. You did not keep what you had but you gave it so that people you didn’t know may profit. May God richly bless you. Many thanks again to Pastor Bonaventure and his family for their great effort to see the people of all nations transformed for Christ, and the passion they have for Gods people to know the truth about the Word of God.

We thank God Almighty for His presence in our lives, He who wanted us today to enjoy His grace. We want to congratulate and thank all those who Have provided any kind of support in the launch of this program of Bible Study through SCEMI. You deserve all blessings.

This Bible Study program was a success to the servants of God in the DRC in general and particularly to those from the city of Goma/North Kivu where I am from. Initially that program was a mystery, until Pastor NTAWUTARAMA Bonaventure met us and give us the details about SCEMI. Since then, with that support, we have acquired a beneficial Biblical knowledge. Today, these lessons are changing our whole lives. We kneel and ask God to give us courage, strength and perseverance such that other people in our country benefit from this precious manna.

We give thanks for the people of God, who were obedient in spreading the word of God rather than keeping it for themselves. They have preferred to share with us their blessings which in return we pray upon them in every area of their lives. May God bless them in a mighty way. The work you have done in helping to teach and even print out the materials we are using will be forever engraved in our minds. God bless you a hundredfold, and do not stop, please brothers and sisters, to support the less fortunate, until the coming of Jesus Christ our Savior.
